Okay, I promise not to make all of my posts Madrid-centric, but I found this photo gallery on elpais.com of the public art exhibit we saw in Paris and Madrid and thought the photos were beautiful. The shot above, in particular, of the winged sculpture was one that I wish I could have gotten but completely missed when we were in the courtyard; the background in the photo is a vertical garden installation by French botanist Patrick Blanc.While I'm at it, though, I'll try to take care of some more Madrid business in this post: for my friends who are interested, here's our slideshow on Picasa.
