Expo Zaragoza 2008

The Zaragoza 2008 story returns! I'd hoped to get more information on the event before now (3 months later!) but fortunately this article popped up in the Times recently to refresh my memory. Unfortunately, even though the event opened yesterday, there are quite a few holes still on the Expo site—most notably, the Agenda/Schedule section (the image at the right accompanies the text in English and Spanish, "The requested resource does not exist"). However, after a little digging, I found that this declaration is only true in English and Spanish: there are a couple of PDF schedules available on the French site. Not only that, but when I download the PDFs, I find that they are in Spanish, not French. I'm not sure what any of that means...

I also spent some time looking through the site for information on the participants—in particular, the theater companies performing in the Expo. Sadly, I was only able to find anything at all by searching the Spanish site, which gave me descriptions of the performances/companies in Spanish (naturally). I tried switching then to English (and even French, useless though that information would be), but that only brought me back to our little pink blobby friend and the denial quoted above. While annoying, this surprises me less than the schedule being only accessible on the French site...

If I don't forget about it entirely again, I'll keep you all updated on my progress.
